Anyway, I did a little research and found out that overall Budweiser appears to be the most popular, and usually ranks number 1 in most of the beer charts. Now, I have nothing against Budweiser, but I failed to see the reason it ranks number 1 most of the time.
Here are my top 5, but not necessarily in any order because I choose my beer based on a multitude of circumstances, so I am merely going to give the category and which beer I prefer for it.
For example, I have what I call my "Every day" beer; like your every day jeans or something. My number 1 choice for this is Coors Light. Less calories and crisp taste.
Then I have what I would like to call my Summer evening on the deck beer. At those time I like to pop the top on a Corona Extra w/lime. It taste like Summer to me.
Well, then when Fall starts rolling in and the leaves are turning and the evenings are cool, but still nice enough to hang out on the deck or around the bonfire, that's when I like to sip on a Sam Adams Boston Lager. It just seems to fit the occasion.
One of my favorite types of cuisine is Mexican and so when ever I sink my teeth into a big sloppy fajita, with lots of hot peppers and guacamole, I prefer to drink a Dos Equis XX Amber. Yummy!
But now we get to the Creme De la Creme for me. I try to save it for special occasions and when I want to say "Yay me, I deserve a cold one" or if it's girls night out, and that is Guinness.
My all time favorite. So now you know what to give me for my birthday, or mother's day, and Christmas, Valentines Day and..........
I think I got thee not so subliminal hint.
